Today rocked!💥 Second week after switching to #LowBar #Squats and it feels great! Still some areas for improvement (as always) but I’m glad to be crushing PR’s💪😀. Here’s today’s top set of 315lbs for 3 reps at 188lbs body weight. 

I’ll eventually throw on a belt (got an awesome Inzer😉) but for now everything is beltless. #training #gymsessions #fortisfitness

Today went well! First week switching to Sumo #DeadLifts, and starting Wendler’s 5-3-1 #strength progression program. 

Here’s today’s top set of 385lbs for 5.. After reviewing the video I see some areas for improvement and look forward to rocking week 2!👊😉 P.S. This is a 3 month cycle program. #liftheavy #sumodeadlift #ninjaturtles🐢
